Disneyland Overload

Disneyland's offer of 3 days for 99 bucks was irresistable. I spent the first day enjoying the rides, the second day examining the architecture, and the third day memorizing the landscaping so I can copy some of it on my hillside. Erika loved California Soarin'. We road it at the end of the night and she fell asleep before we could reach the tram to the parking lot. I lifted her sleepy body out of the stroller and passed her to grandma so I could collapse the stroller when suddenly, half asleep, she ralphed everywhere. Grandma bore the brunt of it. Yeah, the throngs of persons pushing us onto the tram, the cumbersome strollers for all the kids, and poor Erika covered in sick almost made me never want to go back. Amazingly, Heather scored some tickets from Dale and Leslie and she's going back to Disneyland tomorrow. Wowzee.

Swimming at The Neighbor's

Here's a photo drop of several pictures taken during the family reunion. I particularly like Jack walking on water with two seraphims because it was completely unplanned.

Doter

Its hard not to dote on your kids when they compose adorable notes like this one. Christian awoke early and saw Heather sleeping. Instead of disturbing her, he pulled out his crayons, went to his table, and wrote this little masterpiece. Then he left it next to Heather's bed so she could find it when she woke up.

PS - the doodle on the bottom is Christian's arm holding a sippy cup full of chacklate milk.
