Behold. The breakfast cupcake. Step aside Egg McNothin, there's a new cholesterol bomb in town. A month ago I dreamed of a breakfast cupcake and blogged about it. My chief imagineer Heather and I set about realizing that dream; a pan-cup-cake wrapped in bacon, topped with a fried egg, and soaked in maple syrup. The sausage link is an extra 39 cents. Best served with an icy cold glass of white gravy. Mmmmmm.
